Dear Emily,

When I first read about Squirrel Space, I didn’t just feel aligned—I felt seen.

As a Vietnamese American woman with ADHD, a life built around systems thinking, and a heart for the neurodivergent experience, I know what it means to navigate the world with brilliance that doesn’t always fit conventional templates. I also know the power of the right infrastructure—internal, external, emotional, operational. And that’s exactly what I build.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped scale businesses from $800K to over $15M, always by building systems that support people—teams, customers, and leaders alike. At Stacey Boehman Coaching, I was the first full-time hire and ultimately served as COO, growing the company from a single-program brand into a global industry leader. I built backend infrastructure, led team development, directed five hybrid events annually, and ensured we scaled with integrity and sustainability. I recently spoke at Hell Yes Live 2025, sharing my frameworks for doing just that.

But it’s not just operations I love—it’s people. I’m a certified life coach who mentors teams using mindset tools, values alignment, and practical structure. I’m also the mother of a joyful 8-month-old boy and wife to a Chicago firefighter with ADD. Neurodivergence runs in my family and flows through my leadership—making me an intuitive, compassionate, and strategic advocate for the future Squirrel Space is building.

I bring a unique blend of high-growth operational excellence, brand-savvy marketing instincts, and human-first leadership. I’m tech-forward, deeply thoughtful, coach-trained, and obsessed with crafting professional environments where everyone feels like they belong. I’m excited by your vision, inspired by your voice, and ready to build alongside a founder who leads with both smarts and soul.

Identity & Values

I’m a Vietnamese American business builder, coach, and systems strategist living bi-coastally between Chicago and New Jersey. I’m married to a Chicago firefighter with ADD, and together we’re raising Lucas—the happiest baby in the world. Neurodiversity isn’t just a lens I lead through, it’s the heart of how I operate: with empathy, clarity, and an unwavering belief that work should work for everyone. I build with soul, scale with smarts, and partner best with founders who are both brilliant and human.
